Pop Off Sweet Enough

POP OFF SWEET ENOUGH

A regular can of coke contains about 35grams of sugar - that's about six teaspoons! Diet fizzy drinks may not contain sugar, but they do contain artificial sweeteners which are still being researched for their health benefits/problems. Aspartame (NutraSweet) is still a highly controversial substitute for sugar. If you don't believe us do a quick internet search. When it comes down to it, fizzy drinks drunk in excess are like any food consumed to excess - bad for you. If you think you are drinking a lot of pop, we recommend you do this quest. What's too much? Well there is no official guidance on this, but, for us personally, one can a year is one too many!
